Returns
At ToyBee, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.
Replacements
A replacement will only be issued under the following conditions:
- Incorrect item received (please note that slight colour or design variations from the website images may occur due to differences in screen display and lighting. These variations do not qualify for a replacement or refund)
- Product defective on arrival (Kindly create an unboxing Video as proof)
- Parcel damaged during transit (Kindly create an unboxing Video as proof)
If you receive an incorrect or defective item or your parcel is damaged during transit, we require a full, uncut unboxing video from start to finish, clearly showing all labels. This video serves as evidence to help us assess the issue accurately and to support claims with our shipping partners.
How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement, please email us at support@toybee.co.in within 24 hours of delivery with your concern and the unboxing video attached. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for assistance.
Once we receive your request and video, we will review the information and determine the next steps based on our assessment.
ToyBee reserves the right to deny any replacement request that does not meet our specified requirements.
